Dulce Maria Alavez

Dulce was playing at a playground about 30 yards from her mother. Her brother returned alone saying she had run toward maintenance sheds. A light-skinned male suspect (~5'6"-5'8", black shirt, red pants, orange sneakers) is believed to have placed her in a red van with tinted windows.
